Our outdoor furniture is made with the premium outdoor materials and should require little maintenance. However there are a few things you may want to know:
Wisteria Lane’s patio furniture is handwoven from PE wicker. PE wicker possesses antimicrobial properties that inhibit fungus and mildew growth. That being said, even the most durable wicker should be cleaned periodically.
- Remove all cushions.
- Use a garden hose to completely wash down furniture. (If you do not have a garden hose available, wash with buckets of water.)
- Mix together a cleaning solution using a mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Using a soft bristle brush or sponge, gently clean the wicker. Try to get into the cracks between the weaves, as it helps immensely in loosening up dirt and grime.
- Once you are done brushing or sponging the furniture, wash it down again with your garden hose or bucket of water until all soap residue is gone.
- Let your patio set air dry.
All fabrics are resistant to water. However, heavy or consistent rainfall will still get your cushions wet. If your cushions do get wet, we recommend unzipping the cushions and propping them up to dry.
Cushions will typically require 1-3 days in the sun to completely dry - though humidity and other weather conditions can extend this timeframe. Properly drying your cushions is essential for the longevity of the foam.
Wisteria Lane frames are made with commercial-grade, rust and maintenance-free aluminum. Most care needs will be met with mild soap and water, applied with a non-abrasive cloth and rinsed with water. For tougher spills or buildup, we recommend using a mixture of white vinegar and lukewarm water.
We’ve spent countless hours learning what makes the highest quality outdoor furniture. Therefore, we have the industry warranties – any defects from craftsmanship will be replaced within 1 years of your purchase from the date of shipment.

Wisteria Lane products are handcrafted one at a time. Though they are rarely noticeable, there may be natural variations in weaving pattern, frame color, sizing, etc. that are not product flaws. Such variations are natural in the manufacturing of hand-made products.

- Commercial use.
- Failure caused by misuse or lack of appropriate care/maintenance.
- Damage caused by external sources.

Shipping & return & refund
Shipping - Standard Delivery
Wisteria Lane Furniture orders take approximately 5-10 days for delivery after purchase, but the delivery time frame for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link associated with your specific order.
Due to the unique size of our sofa, one Wisteria Lane furniture set may be shipped in multiple boxes. We will let you know how many cartons there are via email. If you only receive some of them, please be patient and wait for the rest, sometimes they are sent from different warehouses and will arrive in different days.
Before Your Delivery
Once your sofa leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number (if available).

A note on returns
Please note, we are only able to accept the item returns in its original boxes. So please keep the boxes until the whole set is assembled. And we will provide the prepaid return label for you. Please do not return the item by yourself. If you need a pick-up service, please leave us a special note in your return request email.
Upon the return, your merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued. Exchanges are treated the same as returns.

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.

We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. But if you aren’t completely happy, we’ll take it back. We back our sofas with an industry-leading return policy to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind.
Full refund & free return shipping
We offer free return shipping and 100% money back or 100% merchandise credit if the return is caused by Wisteria Lane (Partial out of stock, Craftsmanship damage, etc.). Please note, we are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
Please note you will cover the return shipping cost if the return is not the result of our error. And only if you return item in original condition, you'll receive full refund for the item. If the item that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, you'll only receive up to 50% of the item's price.
If you ship the item back by yourself, we will not cover the shipping fee even if the return is caused by Wisteria Lane.
Restrictions / Limitations
- Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
- We do not offer expedited shipping.
- Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per household.
