Shipping - Standard Delivery
Wisteria Lane Furniture orders take approximately 5-10 days for delivery after purchase, but the delivery time frame for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link associated with your specific order.
Due to the unique size of our sofa, one Wisteria Lane furniture set may be shipped in multiple boxes. We will let you know how many cartons there are via email. If you only receive some of them, please be patient and wait for the rest, sometimes they are sent from different warehouses and will arrive in different days.
Before Your Delivery
Once your sofa leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number (if available).

A note on returns
Please note, we are only able to accept the item returns in its original boxes. So please keep the boxes until the whole set is assembled. And we will provide the prepaid return label for you. Please do not return the item by yourself. If you need a pick-up service, please leave us a special note in your return request email.
Upon the return, your merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued. Exchanges are treated the same as returns.

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the sofa or chair, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

We’ve been very thoughtful in every detail of the design and construction of our products to ensure that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase. But if you aren’t completely happy, we’ll take it back. We back our sofas with an industry-leading return policy to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind.
Full refund & free return shipping
We offer free return shipping and 100% money back or 100% merchandise credit if the return is caused by Wisteria Lane (Partial out of stock, Craftsmanship damage, etc.). Please note, we are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
Please note you will cover the return shipping cost if the return is not the result of our error. And only if you return item in original condition, you'll receive full refund for the item. If the item that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, you'll only receive up to 50% of the item's price.
If you ship the item back by yourself, we will not cover the shipping fee even if the return is caused by Wisteria Lane.
Restrictions / Limitations
- Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
- We do not offer expedited shipping.
- Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per household.
